Below, Captain Bullard and Maumelle Police Sgt. Stuart Bragg talk with a
representative of the construction company that was storing equipment in
the bunker. Residents of the Edgewater Subdivision heard an explosion shortly
before 10 p.m. and reported an unknown-type fire to Maumelle Police &
Fire Communications.
When
personnel from the Maumelle Fire Dept. investigated the report, they found
a fire in the concrete bunker, which is located in the northeast corner of
the park. |
