Each year, the Maumelle
Rotary Club sponsors an awards banquet to recognize the city's firefighters
and police officers, which worked together as part of the Department of Public
Safety until December 2004. All seven members of the Department of Public
Safety Fire Division gathered for a photo following the 2003 banquet at the
Maumelle Country Club. Pictured are (from left) Engineer Tim Bullard, Fire
